With your permission we conduct a telephone interview with your clients to obtain missing information or clarify amounts on the Client Intake Form in order to complete the petition.  (Petition SOS is trained in UPL regulations and we do not provide legal advice to your clients).  All client contact is confidential, documented and is provided to you for your file.

Ø    MINIMIZE REPETITIVE PHONE CALLS TO YOUR OFFICE.

Petition SOS can communicate with your clients at any time (day, evening or weekends).  This relieves your daytime office staff of spending valuable time on the telephone.

Ø   ELIMINATE DEFICIENCY NOTICES.

We provide Attorney Summary Sheets of all petitions we process (i.e., bringing attention to unexempt equity and other important information requiring immediate attention).

PETITION SOS is responsible for their own office space, taxes, insurance, telephone expenses and office supplies. You never pay vacation or sick leave benefits.  You pay only one fee for the completion of a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 petition the same as you would pay a subcontract, temporary or other off-site employee on a “per job” basis so this is not considered “sharing fees.”
