     recorded within the bankruptcy petition.

Ø  Preparation of additional local forms if requested.

Ø  Revision to draft of bankruptcy petition per attorney’s instruction.

Ø  Final bankruptcy petition ready to electronically file.

Ø  Printed copy mailed to debtor(s) if requested.

Ø  Backup copy provided to attorney along with all customer files and correspondence.
